Mindfulness and Resiliency-Based Thinking Program

I appreciate your interest in participating in the Mindfulness and Resiliency-Based-Thinking Program. I am super excited about being part of your journey to cultivate favorable conditions in your life through these practices. Please review and complete form below.

Group Session Format (40 to 60 Minutes)

  • 5-10 Minutes Premeditation Preparation

  • 20 Minutes of Mindfulness Meditation

  • 10-15 Minute Talk on Reframing 1 Negative Thought

  • 5-15 Minute Question and Answer Period

Quarterly Themes

Each quarter, we will focus on a theme such as reducing worry, improving mood, or enhancing emotional intelligence.


Each week, we will tackle one negative thought related to the theme and learn how to reframe it, strengthening our tools and skills for focusing on and reframing negative thinking.

Scheduling

Once you sign up, you will receive weekly emails allowing you to schedule your sessions. You can sign up for up to 10 sessions each week, Monday to Friday, at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Program Complimentary Bonuses

As a participant, you will receive the following complimentary benefits:

  • Access to up to 10 group sessions per week.

  • Monthly half-day intensive meditation workshop on Saturdays.

  • On-demand video access.

  • A meditation cushion gifted to you after attending 4 sessions.

Program Commitment & Cancelation

  • You are encouraged to attend as many sessions as you can make.


  • No long-term commitment, cancel at anytime by notify us via email, text, or web.
